Learn Morehearty lowcarb salad
When I’m feeling quite hungry and want a sandwich or something hearty but can only have a salad or something low carb, I make this salad instead:
Start off with a bunch of greens. Choose your favorite kinds from romaine to baby lettuce to green leaf lettuce.
Toss a bunch of baby tomatoes in there.
Sprinkle with lowfat mozerella cheese (shredded)
Slice up both cucumbers and avacado and toss on top.
Take a big handful of thinly sliced raw almonds and throw on top for crunch.
Now here’s where the heartiness comes in. Take some deli meat (watch out for high sugar ones) and cut up into shreds. Toss on top of the salad to top it off.
Make your own vinegerrate and drizzle over the salad. It is so good and will fill you up. You can add a boiled egg for extra protein if you wish.
